Terrible service. Don’t bother if you aren’t making a ton of money. My bf and I have been together for years and have decided about 3 months ago we would like to try and see if we qualify to buy a home. We are young but work full time at reliable adult jobs. Also we have savings for a down payment. Not a ton but we qualify for FHA so I know we don’t need the usual 20%. Just trying to see what our options were. We worked with Kris/Kristal. We gave her all our info and had one phone call with her briefly about financing. She said she would contact us and let us know our budget options. Never heard back. Almost 3 months later and we aren’t interested in working with this company. I guess we don’t make enough money for her time. Would be nice to know next time instead of being led on.

We have had 3 contracts , first one fell through because it did not pass inspection, 2nd one was new construction that fell way behind and the 3rd one was our perfect home. Travis was there through all the ups and downs. He was always available to answer any questions we had.Danielle was our loan processor, she walked us through all the things we needed to get together. She would communicate with us and answer any questions we had.I would recommend Travis and Danielle to anyone, family and friends. I have had the luxury of working with AMS for my past 2 refinances. The first one I wanted to do a cash out refi. I went to a lender and they said they were not able to help me. I went to AMS, and Brady Webb completed the cash out refi and lowered my interest rate. I went back to them for my second refi and they lowered my rate yet again. They are very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
