Next keep left to stay on I-264 E, and keep left to stay on I-264 E. After that use the right 2 lanes to take exit 20 to merge onto US-60 E/Shelbyville Rd toward Middletown, and continue on US-60 E/Shelbyville Rd to your destination in Jeffersontown.
